Welcome to Stillness.
This is a space for guided meditations, Yoga Nidra practices, and reflections on contemplative living.
Over the past year, during a season of significant change and transition, I stepped away from recording and many of the practices that had long supported me. Yet even during that pause, I found myself returning again and again to stillness—in nature, in quiet moments of reflection, and in the simple act of paying attention.
Stillness is not something we achieve once and keep forever. It is a relationship that must be renewed again and again.
As I settle into this new chapter of life, I find myself returning to meditation, Yoga Nidra, breath awareness, contemplation, and the practices that help me remember who I am beneath the noise and busyness of daily life.
I invite you to explore the recordings and reflections gathered here and take what resonates.
An Invitation to Rest
During times of stress, uncertainty, fear, anxiety, grief, or major transition, we need opportunities to return to ourselves. Spaces where the nervous system can soften, where the constant doing can pause, and where we can reconnect with something deeper within.
The Wisdom of Pausing
What if we built a life around being rather than doing?
Over the past year, I've been reflecting on the pauses that arrive in our lives — sometimes by choice, sometimes unexpectedly. The spaces between chapters. The moments when we stop long enough to ask what truly matters and what might be waiting to emerge next.
Returning to Stillness
“One of the humbling truths I’ve discovered over the past year of transition is that even as someone who has practiced yoga, meditation, and breathwork for decades, I somehow lost my connection to stillness.”
